Not shown yet
We do not show dates we have not read on an official page that applies to all employees. For these, open the official page.
Ontario
The official page lists the nine public holidays by name but gives no dates for 2026 or 2027.
Newfoundland and Labrador (all employees)
The Treasury Board Secretariat's Holiday Policy and its 2026 and 2027 lists apply to government departments only (shown above and labelled). The Labour Standards Act list for all employees still needs its own employment standards page.

The page we read (GNWT My HR, Statutory Holidays) is for territorial government employees and lists names without dates (it includes Easter Monday and Boxing Day, which are not general holidays). The Employment Standards Act holidays for all employees, with dates, still need the Education, Culture and Employment page.
Nunavut (all employees)
The page we read is for public service employees, shown above and labelled. The Labour Standards Act list for all employees is not read.
Federal (federally regulated employers)
We have not read the federal holiday dates on an official page yet.

Before you rely on this
Which days are paid, and what you are owed if you work or are off on a holiday, depends on the province's rules, your employer and sometimes your agreement. Confirm with the labour standards office. General information, not legal advice.
